Release Properties: The release characteristics of PTFE are superior to those of any other high temperature material. This "Non Stick" property is retained over a full range of operation temperature.

Thermal resistance: Our belts can operate continuously at temperature -50C to + 260C and still maintain their operational properties without reducing its performance.

Dimensional Stability: The width rigidity and length stability of the belts are retained over full range of temperature. Under normal operating tensions our belts are designed to hold their elongation & shrinkage to less than 1%.

Chemical Inertness: The PTFE impregnation gives to the fabric an excellent resistance to most chemicals and solvents.

Easy Cleaning (nothing bonds permanently) : The PTFE surface resists contamination and can be cleaned if necessary with minimum effort.

Low Thermal Mass: PTFE Coated Glass belts quickly dissipate heat with minimum heat sink properties. Belts from these materials heat up faster and require low energy to maintain operating temperature.

Controlled Porosity: Our open mesh grades provide high percentage of open surface area, creating maximum air flow. Power consumption is reduced while improving drying speeds.
